A person saw my Craigslist ad for a car that I am selling. The asking price is 10k. (BTW, I am selling this for my father in law) So very shorty after the ad is posted there is an interested buyer. The guy says he will send a cashier's check over with the funds ASAP because he really wants the car. Also, he will have his "mechanic" pick up the car..
